Nope, it's not the He-162 Volksjäger.

Only one prototype was completely constructed I believe. It was imagined as a jet powered successor to the Stuka, and the pilot lays in a prone position to better withstand g-forces. This also gave it a reduced frontal area, so it was planned to use it as an interceptor as calculations showed that the probability of being hit by defensive guns was largely a function of this.
