you and everyone else who didn't pick a team up till a while ago are considered free agents and will be drafted

drafted ok there is only one country that has the legal right to draft me that is england

*** Squadrons Dont affect the other team in any way, or make it unfair for the other team. The purpose of squadrons is to have cummulative deaths, Squadron members will have to reach a certain amount kills and games played in order to rank up. When the Squadron's cummulative deaths reach a certain number those squadron members will become cassualties. This will affect the manpower available for their team. Those squadron members will then need to begin from the lowest rank again (unless a member reaches the Rank of Squadron Leader or beyond, then their deaths will be treated differently). This will help balance the deaths of beginners (who die a lot) and experienced (who die less). It will be somewhat difficult to reach the top 4 ranks but not impossible for an experienced player.

In other words, the stronger a squadron, the more likely that its members will dominate the top ranks, this is why it would be better to balance squadrons out. Purpose is so that everyone has the opportunity to reach the top as well as have fun, the more you rank up then the more you are allowed to do to determine the outcome this "Battle for Europe"
