I believe that is a Cessna A-37B Dragonfly. Vietnam era and some actually still used today by other countries.

A-37B Dragonfly or "Super Tweet"

The attack version of the T-37 "Tweety Bird", also known as the "Converter" because it converts fuel directly into noise. Fun little jet, but LOUD if you gotta work anywhere near it.
