well i was thinking of the run because its basic training for the british royal marines
I heard, from a pilot, that RAF pilots have to be able to swim a length of the pool (dunno if that's Olympic or not) underwater, get out, do 25 press ups, swim a length underwater again, do 25 press ups, and basically continue that til they throw up. Then do it twice more
