The XBOX patch is finished already. It had to wait for the PS3 patch to get through Sony before it could be sent to MS. This probably has to do with some agreement or contract, but the devs aren't sure. So now it's waiting for the publishers to send the patch to MS (if not done already), and for MS to accept it.
