Never mind my last post. I was able to fix the problem. All I had to do was delete my data folder and replace it with one I previously saved to a flash drive just incase something like this would happen. I'm glad I took the step to back up my files. I did loose a little of my progress (maybe an hour of gameplay), but it's no biggie.
