Posted this question in the Sticky Joystick Poll thread but deperate to know the answer. Has the patch solved the joystick deadzone problem (if it were a problem with the PS that is)? I haven't seen a single mention of this problem except regards Xbox consoles. Want to know before I go to the darkside......

Ihave the PS3 version and the Thrustmaster HOTAS, and you can adjust the dead zone, although I'm not sure if the settings apply to "custom layouts" only

As it is when trying a custom layout I cant get the game to recognize the stick so gave up and went back to the default "thrustmaster 2" layout. The dead zone does seem to be better, but not sure if this is due to my settings or if the patch adjusted it for anyway for default settings!!

And whilst I'm here, does anyone use the x52 and can confirm the free look function works, not too concerned about zoom as I dont use it, just want a better option for looking about over the Thrustmasters limited up/down/left/right tophat switch, and using a seperate mouse is better but taking your hand of the throttle isn't ideal
