It's the Russian B-29, called the "Bull".

This one is with it's wings removed


And here it is WITH wings. (Edited it to make it easier to see and to avoid Cheaters )

Sorry about that, strange because when i posted it, it was 2 seperate photos.

Haha, you had me fooled for a moment there. BUT, you can't fool a Soviet Ace.

Anyway, the answer is a Bartini VVA-14 Long-Rage Seaplane. It was supposed to be able to take off from the water, VTOL style, but failed because of the engines or something? My Encyclopedia of Soviet Aircraft is always good.
