Eurogamer review - 8/10!
"Yet the original stands just that bit taller thanks to its extra wildness. If you're going to play a King's Bounty game for the first time, make it The Legend - and I'd say that whether or not it was available so cheaply. If you're all done with that and crave more, then Armored Princess will not do you wrong. It's a mighty, beautiful and highly-polished game, and a welcome presence on any PC. I just hope the mad-as-bat-cheese developers are saving up the crazy they didn't quite unleash here for a full sequel." - comments the author.

Game Informer review - 8.75/10 and "Silver" Rating.
"This is the latest example of the European development community stepping up its game as American PC studios flock to consoles on a seemingly daily basis. Complain all you want about Rage or Call of Duty relegating their PC versions to second-class status. With outstanding creative titles like this coming from the most unexpected sources, I wouldn’t trade my PC for anything." - comments the author.

Vandal Online review - 8/10
"King's Bounty The Armored Princess is a great game. It's a wonderful add-on to the original game, and offers few, but interesting new features." - says the author.

Games32 review - 88%!
"If the name King's Bounty rings familiar, but you didn't have the chance to play the original title, then by all means give this game a go because it won't let you down. Armored Princess is slightly better then it's predecessor, with a more attractive narrative and revamped visual effects and just enough new features to make it a standalone expansion. Fans will probably be somewhat disappointed by the overwhelming similarities with the prequel and the scarceness of novelty, but they'll quickly dismiss any complaints once they start playing." - summarizes the article.

Sounds like AP is going to end up with a Metacritic score in the mid-eighties. Currently it is on 84 to TL 79, which shows that it has gone down well with critics. I don't think anyone thinks this is anything less than a full sequel with the same engine. Congratulations to Katauri!
