Basic beginner questions!?

A follow-up on my last post.
I think it was lorean who mentioned that u could
start with 2 of the +10 runes if u get lucky enough.
Well just to let you know I just restarted 1 hour and 10 minutes haha.
(home sick and bored anyhow) Probably averiging 3 times a minute.
The closest I got was the 50k +20% to damage and one of those. Paladin shield n one of those or well of mana belt and one. Never 2! Isnt it possible like I thought?
I obv always checked both temple and kings castle.

It is possible, but you do need some luck to get them So keep up the faith and keep on restarting
