Replaced improper text from "Die Station der Unterseeboote " to
"Grundriss der U-Boot-Basis 'Saltzwedel')

Die Station der Unterseeboote = The station of submarines
Grundriss der U-Boot-Basis 'Saltzwedel' = Layout of uboat base "Saltzwedel".
