There is news of an update, expecting it in 2-3 weeks. But skins will most likely not be a part of it, but 'all' the problems of the game will get fixed.
When this update arrives, maybe we can start talking about extras like skins. But for now I think it has a low priority for the devs. Just play sim mode  , then you dont even see your plane from the outside  .
