Could you copy/paste maybe the essentials of his responses from over there? I can't access SimHQ most of the day (stupid webaccess protocols @ work)

Here ya go Thunderbolt.

"4.09m final can be installed either over 4.08m official, or over 4.09bm official. If you are using mods, you will have to revert to an unmodded version, in order to use the 4.09m final.

Current mod installers, etc. will not work with 4.09 final "out of the box".
