If you consider a boiling point of -195.79 °C or -320.3342 °F very hot.. then yes, I'd agree with that quote.

Not to mention that the surrounding gas temperature is not going to be that much higher.

I don't consider it hot.

However I was responding, jokingly, to the "framerate will be the same as the degrees" remark, the Kelvin temperature is 77 degrees, and 77 FPS is quite adequate on a 60 FPS monitor.
