This is a screenshot shown to us as one of the first Work-In-Progress updates before the initial release of the game.
I'm not sure how you get those gauges to show, but it should be possible. They only show in the cockpit-off mode though I believe, unfortunately, for us who find it hard to read the gauges.  The screenshot is taken from the link under my signature picture (collected WIPs) .

The above picture is the traditional "WWW" (Wonder Woman View) of il-2 series.
 Is available in CloD, default keys is Ctrl+F1. In Options > "Realism"> uncheck "Cockpit Always On". Sokol1
