JAMF is not referring to the
size of the map (and, for example, no Duxford).
He is writing about some cities being larger than they were in 1940 and the map including
POST-1940 structures. Dunkirk's Bassin de l'Atlantique, which is on the SoW:BoB map but wasn't built until after the war, for example.
