I had to look around a bit to find out what GPU you have, since notebook versions are usually re-named desktop parts. Yours equates to a 5770 (
http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mob...0.23073.0.html), so perhaps some other user with one of these could assist.
Regarding the trees, maybe you could post a screenshot of them? Someone could then tell you if they are normal or not. Flickering shadows – this sounds ‘normal’, as we all have them. I cannot comment on the long loading times, as this does not sound right, but may have something to do with other processes you may have running at the same time (free RAM available?). The sound issue may be a driver problem - when did you last update your sound driver? This isn't an error I have come across before, but perhaps another user could advise.
Your spec should allow you to run CloD fine, although with lower than the highest graphics settings
