Successful bombing already gives an advantage to the attacker via rules, but a single runway handicaps both sides. With 8 players it's like an air show by the 3 stooges, the marx brothers and laurel and hardy. The runway disappears in a haze of smoke
I hope the penalty for ramming bombers is for deliberate collision as opposed to accidents, if you attack a bomber intelligently with a weave pattern there's bound to be occasional collisions.

* What I dont want is for a player to remain landed and impede the enemy from capturing the airfield. Dont worry about this matter anymore, I will bring it up to you guys if I see happening what I dont want to see happening.
* I dont believe in accidents in this tournament, either you ram an enemy bomber or you dont. You guys will just have to be extra careful when attacking bombers. Of course, it may happen without intention but you can always prevent this. Only if the bomber player reports this as intentional then I will punish the rammer as I stated. Remember bombers are worth 5 deaths for a reason (so they want to stay alive). In the case that the bomber player reports this but does not find that you did it intentionally I will still have to demote the rammer at least 1 rank
* CTA matter: I have to find a way for this. yes its true, a successful strategic bomber already helps the attacker in CTA. I will let you know or mention it on the actual Briefing objective
