requiring takeoff after completing a capture isn't enough to prevent 2 planes on the ground. There's also landing to stop a capture in progress.

... sorry but more details to hammer out: when a bomber returns to its side of the map, what exactly is its side? Past its own bunkers?
I just checked and there are only 2 maps with 2 airfields (Britain and USSR (stalingrad)). A side will always control a territory, a side will always have air superiority over a territory (Italy is Neutral because It would be unfair to give it to a team (it would be 3 territories to 2)

* How about: if the territory of interest for capture is badly damaged (10 targets were previously destroyed in Strategic Bombing) then, the CTA matches will take place in a single airfield map. If the territory was not successfully bombed, then, CTA matches will take place in 2 airfield maps. Wether the map is from Britain or the USSR will depends on who is defending the territory. It will either be like this example I just mentioned or just play each match according to the territory to capture no matter if there is only 1 airfield or two.

* Bomber return to base: yes, the bomber icon has to be behind friendly lines, that is near or behind the blue markers which represent your teams ground targets. That is why I ask for a screenshot of the landed bomber with the map open (the map is transparent and I will be able to see the plane and its speed and bombs.

* Capturing Airfields: If you are capturing an airfield and the percentage progress stops that means the enemy has landed. I guess you can stay there and wait for your enemy to be destroyed, but I dont want to see a plane landed after the airfield has been captured and when the closest enemy is not even near the airfield or is busy engaging your team mate in a dogfight. Understand? Of course we can go on with what if situations but I think that I am clear in what I mean. My main problem has been solved by not allowing bombers because I remember playing CTA and bombers would just rest on an airfield and shoot down any enemy getting near the airfield.

[edit] dont worry about questions, ask all the details necessary. I at least want you to understand all rules because USSR is now your responsibility. Any questions that may arise on your private website I will be happy to answer. If you understand these rules, then, I will assume USSR team understands them. Also, you can supervise that I am not bending the rules so USSR knows I am not favoring UK team
