Default incorect passwrod

please help me i have this problem whenever i try to make a new account to play online it says incorrect password cd:514 i havent even made an account yet and im stuck and i dont know what this means so please respond and help me!

Why that makes a difference is all different version's,from online versions like steam,D2D,cenega,metaboli all have there own individual password or cd protection system,so mine for instance which is D2D version would be different to your shop bought version,so i would not have a clue as to what your CD protection is,but someone who bought the same version as you would,so then they could help you better,that's why i asked about which version.
