Default How to improve your CTA games!

Hey folks I just wanted to share this with you guys. Ive played a lot of Capture the Airfield (CTA) games online and the best ones Ive had have all been when using two airfields.

With one airfield it can get a bit hectic and chaotic, which is great but sometimes you want a bit more "tactical" gameplay. Well with the two airfields option you can! There are lots of cool tactics you can employ in a game like this. And it really livens up a match adding new depth to the mode. So try it out, its great fun.

Trust me, once you try a CTA match with a good number of people in a 2 airfield match you wont want to go back to standard 1 airfield games.

I can agree there. You have to find the balance between attacking the other airfield, and defending the one you already have. I like taking my po-2 way above the clouds then drop down unexpectedly on the other teams field. Well if they didn't see me on radar already ...

not so easy when using a joystick

you need to have your speed below 100mph and an entire runway to be able to stop, makes you easy prey for anyone on the opposite team.
