Help submarine!

So I'm a newb and can't get on the sub, I guess I have to steal a crewmans uniform but I cant seem to find any in a position where I can strangle them etc, any ideas?

You don't have to put a submariner out of action for his uniform. There's a spare uniform in one of the sleeping quarters. I can't give an exact position, but...

There are three sailors near a door who will frisk your backpack whenever you pass by them. Near them are some stairs. In the middle of the stairs is the room you're after. However, it's locked. Luckily, there's a sailor who frequently comes into the room, and he has the key. Wait for him to unlock it and follow him inside. The uniform you're after is on one of the beds.
