Default buffer errors

thread made here http://www.digitalmindsoft.eu/forums...p=61597#p61597

oh and one more thing to add, if i dont get a buffer error, i get an access violaition error. usually a precursor to the crash is lag, and than texture pops and such. why can i run Team Fortress 2 on high settings perfectly?

what video/sound card drivers you using?

it could be a lot of different things causing this and just because tf2 runs fine that doesn't mean everything is ok with your pc

how can you not know what sound card driver your using?
what motherboard drivers you using?

did you use driver sweeper when you installed the latest video driver? if not i'd give it a try

heres a link for it http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/ read the instructions that come with it and reinstall your video driver

let us know how you get on
