data execution prevention error - securom

At level 23 I seem to be getting this DEP error much more frequently - thank goodness for the castle auto saves or I would have lost a lot - happens anytime - in or out of battle. I tried installing the latest patch but the game won't run at all and gives me a securom error - they were absolutely no help at all and said to load the latest patch - duh.. - do they even read the emails?

Anyway, I'm going to try the compatability mode solution but still want to know about the securom error after loading the latest "official patch" if anyone has any info. thanks for any help - oh running vista premium 32 bit amd quad - nvidia 8800 1GB
