Well I played the demo and I love it. I tried it first with the gamepad and didn't care for the R3 click to look button when trying to look up, down, left or right I would end up moving my throttle and rudder. But after I plugged my AV8R in all was good.

I also seen the screen tearing when looking around the cockpit with my hat switch, but have heard some people say that they didn't see it.

The landing issues I read about is not a issue for me with a gamepad or flightstick, the only thing that is tricky is finding the runway

And the issue on simulation mode when flying the p-51, yes it is very hard to see the ground targets. I found myelf playing on realistic mode for this mission just so I could see the ground targets But I love the demo and can't wait until release date when I can play all the way through.

Thank you Gaijin for bringing my favorite flight game to PS3.

Question for you ps3 gamers with flight sticks, when you land holding throttle down activates brakes or not?

I wish more devs would release such high quality demos.

I found a control set-up where you can use the R-stick to freelook which is infinitely better than R3/D-pad.

The screen tearing is there (on PS3) but it's pretty minimal. There's also some frame drops occasionally when you access the map in-flight but again it's minimal.

It's quite an awesome experience when you go head-on with enemy fighters and you manage to tag one just as they buzz past your cockpit. Or when you're rolling into a formation of bombers from above narrowly missing a collision with one you just shot up.

Well, I flipped at about 50 kph the only time I managed to land in sim. It really looked good up till then, and i did not even have the throttle at 0. Think it was around 10-15%. I have an Aviator stick.

Had an idea! Maby we can split the clan into a training clan and a full clan. Therefore creating more places in the clan and also making it easier to teach people by having dedicated people doing it. haitch40 ill teach you!
