support for OGL3.1, and AMD-spec system?

just asking if SoW will support OpenGL3.1 It's an idle curiosity. well...maybe not. Anyone got any ideas on what a good AMD system would need to look like to handle SoW? I may be changing horses, moving away from an i7/i5-based system (though I like Nvidia GPUs atm)
