What can men in MOW do independently?

I've heard a lot of talk about how men in MOW can be independent and autonomous etc. But no details, so I want to find out what clicking 'move at will' actually does. I know it -

1) Makes men go to cover and move to different positions depending on how the fight is going. Also on frontline games it seems to make your men take the first trench line automatically.

However I don't know if it makes them reload or look for ammo, repair their vehicle, capture enemy positions/attack objectives, use weapons with limited ammo (eg grenades and panzerschrecks),crew nearby MGs/at guns, or retreat. What are the things men can do on their own?
