i was wondering
when u seprate troops for example u have 20/20 horseman and u seprate them in the battle like u have 2 stacks of 10/20 horseman now if u would use sacrifice on a peasant to gain more horseman will it be possible to have 2 stacks of 20/20 horseman? or will the horseman go out of control>? xD |

They will go out of control. Your total number of horsemen including all stacks is what counts
This does not count summoned units (like thorns), phantoms, or hypnotized or magically controlled units. |

In fact from the start you cannot do two stack of a same unit that has a sum over your control for one pack. The example you gave was ambiguous about that.
