How do you turn off the electricity?

I am stuck. How to you get to the area above the electricity or turn it off?

Do you mean the one that the zombies keep opening (and leads towards Zimmermann's castle)?
Go throught the door with the zombies (adrenaline), turn right, up the stairs, go to the other side (above the door) and you will find the switch in the corner on the wall.
