Different avatars?

I don't know if you can even call this a mod, it's a simple replacement of the Mage picture-avatar with some other picture of your liking, how can you do this and is there an archive of such alternative pictures?

You will find portrait pictures inside interface_textures.kfs archive, you will need to provide the game with all three versions of the custom portrait in PNG format by replacing the existing ones in this archive or by placing them in your own KFS archive in the mods folder (recommended). KFS files are simply zip files, you can open and create them with a program like WinRAR.
