Default Am I missing something?

Having been reminded of freedom isles, I remembered this guy. The indicator above the house shows that he's supposed to give or be part of a quest but despite my best efforts, I haven't been able to find out which. I could go searching the dialog files but I thought it'd be faster if I just asked here. It's the guy from the Brotherhood btw, the one involved in the quest with his daughter's weight in gold.

What have you done with him so far? He's actually part of a couple of quests.

As far as I recall only the quest with his daughter, I have no other quests on the Islands of Freedom left and he doesn't offer any choices in his dialog.

You get the old orc's quest later on in the game, not sure if it depends on the primary quest or the character level but it's a pretty tough fight.

I wish someone had made a comprehensive quest list, I mean the game's been out for ages and there's less than a 100 quests iirc.

The guy in the picture is the turn-in for the Weight in Gold quest you get next to Miranda. Then if you choose to pay off the debt, he asks you to harvest his underground crops.

Oh, I told his son-in-law to just give me the gold, I had no need for his useless item. I guess that's another quest I won't be finishing in this game. -_-

Listing 2 or 3 more doesn't really make a difference lol.

I think I came back after I went to Elinia (to resupply on shamans before I found a stock there) and the quest was available by simply talking to the orc. He asks you to help him find a place back in the embassy and there's this huge managerie fight (loads of animals).
