Max Morale Question

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knows what the cap on morale is. I was thinking about doing fairies/anga/Nioka/unicorns. Is that over the cap?

IRC, the max morale for which you'll receive bonuses for is +3 (+30% ATK/DEF, 200% to crit). I've gotten morale as high as +6, but the bonus never goes beyond that achieved at +3.
