Just incase someone in future has the same question and uses the search feature I'll post the answer.

I'll also mention "Double", since that's his name, so it'll probably be what they search for.

The Double is in a sealed off area above Taron (sp?), IIRC the enterance is middle/right of the Taron underground.

You find him from the Dwarves mine but you must have a full army (max troops in each slot) before he lets you fight yourself.

So far, I think its been the most fun battle yet.
