Potential .DDS error ?

I unarchived the textures file; textures.kfs and received a message about one of the files...

! C:\kbgame\data\textures.kfs: Cannot create magic_altar_?haos_diff.dds
The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

I wonder if this makes the the graphic unavailable during gameplay?
It looks to me that the ... ?haos ... should be chaos.
Anyone know?
