Zelberra's Soul ?

I know that u can just kill the witch to finish the quwest but there must be some other way?
Any help ?Spoilers are welcomed!

Did you try to first finish Korador, finish the Life / Dead Tree quest ? (otherwise I don't know as well)
I have very strong feeling that there is some other way how to either not help the soul and Zelberra could then provide you with strong undead army or help both - Zelberra will turn NORMAL necromancer and the soul will be happy where ever (probably back in Zelberra)

there is other way, near the place where you can buy a boat (in the southern part of gray wasteland) there is a necromancer house, when you start talking to him there should be option to talk about Zelberra - it turns out that it is his fault - and you can kill him instead

Killing that guy didn't do any good. Maybe I should have been 'understanding' of his epxeriment ?
