Ice and Fire - spider battle

Anyone figured out spider battle in expansion, I'm talking no loss impossible. Old good 3 troll strategy doesn't seem to work anymore. Small spiders can heal boss for 10% of max hp, which is a lot and can happen fairly often.

Book of evil is unbelievably powerful, I posted pic on steam, killed him in 7 rounds (as a mage)

Haha, just tried it. Except for the tries when lightning ricochet would kill my whole army, the strategy worked amazing. Really broken, i was getting 10k poison skull crits. Question remains, how to do it on other classes (I'm mage as well).

lvl 3 order Phoenix worked for me.
