How do i get to freedom island?

Loving the game so far. Have done most of the quests on darion (except a couple of rock hard ones) , and just fought the giant turtle. King now says i need to go to freedom islands to retrieve the map. I talk to the airship guy and i dont get the option to fly anywhere. Am i missing something?

EDIT: Ignore me! figured it out. i am a dumbass!
