Where to find most useful scrolls

I accidentally used resurrection scroll before writing in to the spellbook and as far as I remember I didn't buy it from a castle. So. Lets make a quick guide about the places to find the best scrolls.

I only found one top scroll, the summon phoenix which is located in a castle on a map next to Greenwort (where you begin)

I am looking now for Resurrection and Fireball (although a paladin I have learned all 3 magic schools)

everytime you complete a quest for a 'area' buy the scrolls first, sometimes troops/scrolls will restock after completing a quest for a hub/castle
