Default Getting Bomb Bay doors to operate-easy question:

I've assigned a key stroke to operated/toggle bomb bay doors( the down arrow key) but it doesn't seem to work on any of the bombers.Have I missed something ? should I program open & close Bomb bay doors as well. Not a major problem, but still...

Blenheim have bungee cord operate bomb-bay, so open with bomb weight and close by bungee cord force. No command is used, just drop the bombs.

Br.20 and He.111 have a hand crack operated bomb-bay, you need press an hold the key until the cycle are competed. Can be mapped in axis too.

Ju-88 (as far I remember...) accept toggle command... but one of many bug of this plane is, if you drop only one or two bomb, the doors close. Need open again to drop more.
Becomes unfeasible do "skip bomber" with this plane.

"Skip bomber" is not a regular form of attack in BoB, but is the preferred way online.

Yes my car & the Blenheim have many 1930's engineering priciples in common ( they both probably have Lucas electric systems which would explain alot about my bomb dropping problems!)
Now here's what i have done to see if I can get it to drop any bombs...good news bad news: good news thatmy key stroke command does indeed press the two little yellow buttons up in the bombardiers compartment & I can also do this with the cursor( did the real plane have yellow buttons...really?)Bad news : I went to a Quick mission that involved Blenheims bombing a German airfield & ticked a Blenheim to fly. When over the airfieldI pressed the bomb switch & nothing happened,,,then again no one in my group bombed the base either ( someone will pay for this back at base!) I tried a similar mission with same results. So either its something in the Quick mission plan ( planes are not actually loaded with bombs, perhaps) or I need to arm them before I can drop them maybe?
Is there some way or a mission that definately has them at work dropping bombs ?Any ideas?
