XIII Century Gold Edition MP on Steam

Hello... I have a problem... I bought XIII Century GE on steam... I installed it, played it a little... then wanted to create an account for MP...

But the game does NOT allow me the connect to the servers... every time I get this: CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER...

Why? I tried some solution here on the site, but nothing works... I uninstalled and installed the game many time, but to no avail... please help me
