Default FFB goes in and out ..

Why does the FFB go in and out.. The only time I can get any kind of stick force is when I am pulling Gs otherwise it is limp city.. even if I have FFB turned off.. this is a poor implementation of FFB .. the stick forces should have at least a minimum level other than 0.

Theres a post at ATAG about the issue, with some workarounds. TBH you might be better off asking there about technical issues, as I reckon thats where most people hang out these days.
