Demonis incmplete

I have played through all the Demonis that I can get to, but on the map there are clearly more areas. I could not find any way to reach any of the areas that have clouds on them.

Is that a bug in the game, or is it just me?

You simply cannot get to it...
Part of the many flaws in this (still enjoyable) game...
