Default IL2 comics

Ok, sometimes I realize that I spend to much time waiting for the "Grail" to come, be it SoW:BoB - KotS - CMSF:Marines or whatever. What we have is never enough. Then I play some IL2 and every time I realize that we already have the Grail... I was flying a little Spit vs 109 tonight and captured a track that I was reviewing to improve my lead shots. At a "good" point I took a screenshot and started Photoshop. I just added the filter "poster edges", nothing else and I realized that I'm right now playing what I was reading about in the comic books when I was 13 (while playing Fighter Pilot on the Spectrum thinking it was the Grail...). Life really is good, even without BoB!

Great stuff there! I naturally guessed someone had done it a lot better already

@Snuff Pidgeon:

When Galba arrives I must at least make some Lichtenstein "look a likes"... I have "Whaam" part A and B on the wall behind to my computer

It's true... who ever thought when they were a kid that they'd get this close?

*except for RL fighter pilots, whom I hate
