How many quests on safety haven?

I took 2 quests here .One is about snakes and witch. The other is about the purse with money under the water. I fullfilled two of them. I killed all of the animals in haven. But there was still a qust flag outside the building? Why? I Did I forget some quests?

The dude who lets you into the haven has a quest for you as well...

There will be a quest on riftland which will send you to this building aswell, maybe this is why.
