Camera view broke?

I dont know is it some kind of bug or did i press some kind of combination.
After i ended battle camera view was/is fixed on one location and stopped following hero.

I can still change angles etc with mouse but it wont move so im kinda stuck and cant go anywhere. I tried to look for hotkey to make it follow hero again but i cant find any help.

Also if i start a new game everything is back to normal.
When i load the game that i got the bug in its broken.

Could someone please help me fix it?
