Default What causes this?

I searched the forum and could not find anything, but I remember this discussed before. Does anyone know what causes this jagged line on the water?

Do you have an ATI card???
I have the same line, and had it from start. From what understand when asked others it seems that it´s only us with ATI cards that seems to have it.

I assume it's the end of the loaded ground texture.

It also results in oversized rivers behind that line.

Interesting because I had it at first then did not have it until now. I thought I remembered someone saying it was a setting or something. Could it be SLI on? Its more prominent in game than in the screenshot.
