Look for a brown dirt mounds on each map. There are also butterflys flying over it.

This has actually already been answered in the forums. Go to the five locations listed in the quest and search for the dark brown dirt areas and dig there to plant the Ent seedlings.

You do not have to dig you just have to click on the brown dirt clumps. They kinda look like piles of poop is probably the best description I can give you.
