Unable to show fps ingame?

Tried all the options,i guess?
Shift-Tab was bound to Steam,unchecked the box,but although the Steam window didn't show anymore,Shift-Tabbing didn't bring up a command line,tried adding @ fps START SHOW to the RCU file,again nothing happens?
Am i missing something?

Forget it,got it figured out!
