Anyone working on a "leveling units" mod?

That one was really amazing for crossworlds, and made theme based armies a bunch more fun.

Right now i really want to play warriors of the north, but imho units in reds sand and co, are just better ballanced as a whole. Especcialy when playing a demon based army where demonesses have far superior movement range and talents recharging when picking up rageballs. It just makes the army more.. viable?

(i dont hope to see it before like a month or something, i just wanted to know if there was something in the making)
