Mod For Rage on Bosses

Anyone able to make this? It's a terrible idea to not have it if your gonna let mages have double cast.

Call it cheating if you like but imo it's far from it. Taking rage skills away from boss fights is like playing an MMO and making one class have to use level 1 skills while all other classes get lvl 80 skills.

Perhaps if its possible nerf the damage on it for boss fights?
